Robert A. Adams
President
Rob Adams co-founded Controlled Environment Structures, Inc. in October of 1985. His background includes many years as a sales engineer, designing and selling cleanrooms, environmental rooms, and computerized control systems. Rob has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Houston.
Mark J. Barrett
Secretary/Treasurer
Mark Barrett co-founded Controlled Environment Structures, Inc. in October of 1985. Mark worked for many years in both manufacturing and sales of cold storage facilities to the food industry. In addition, he has an Associates Degree in Carpentry and attended Northeastern University's structural engineering program. Mark is a licensed Massachusetts construction supervisor.
Richard B. Coan, Jr.
Vice President
Controls Division
Rick Coan joined CES in 1994 after a successful career in control systems engineering and sales. He is also proficient with many computer languages, and has extensive experience in marketing. Rick has a B.S. in Biology from the University of Massachusetts.
Paul V. Faxon
Operations Manager
Paul started at CES recenlty and brings with him an extensive background in operations and manufacturing management.
Edward B. Montani
Project Engineer
Ed Montani came to CES in 1990 with an extensive background in construction sales. Ed has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University with a concentration in the area of structural engineering.
Mark A. Busharis
Project Engineer
Mark Busharis joined CES in 1989 as part of our field installation team. Mark's extensive construction experience includes several years as a residential builder. In 1990 he moved into the sales department at CES. Mark has an Associates Degree in Horticulture.
Alfred Stadnicki
Software Engineer
Alfred Stadnicki joined CES in early 2002. He has an extensive background in controls engineering and systems integration, and is proficient in many PLC, Controller and Computer programming languages. Alfred is an Opto22 Certified Trainer and has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
Bert Tervakoski
Drafting
Bert Tervakoski has been with CES since 1990. Bert is certified in CAD from Northeastern University and also attended their engineering program. His background includes years of drafting in the electrical and construction fields.
John G. Osgood
"the doorman"
Division Manager
John Osgood came to CES in 1987. John's background includes many years in the construction industry. He has attended the UMASS/Amherst and Northeastern University engineering programs. John has over 20 years experience in the installation and service of cold storage doors.
Nancy A. Groden
Administrative Assistant
Nancy Groden joined CES in 1997. Her background includes many years in the building materials industry. Nancy is responsible for providing administrative and project management support to the office, field and sales personnel.
Bill Lacouture
Controller
Bill Lacouture joined CES in 1999. He has an extensive background that includes accounting and computer support and training as well as administration and marketing. Bill's responsibilities include general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, human resources and Web-site administration. |
