CLEANROOMS

With extensive experience in engineering cleanrooms that have been customized for our pharmaceutical, medical, nanotechnology, and industrial clients, we welcome the unique project design specifications of all customers.

Designing and building a facility that fits the needs of your organization is a large investment. Make sure your investment pays off by trusting Controlled Environment Systems with your cleanroom projects.

Controlled Environment Systems has been constructing and certifying cleanrooms and laboratories since 1993. We use our specialized knowledge of HVAC systems to build ISO Class 4 to ISO Class 8 rooms with fully controlled environments. Our completed cleanroom projects prove CES’s ability to satisfy almost any standard and budget.

Science Clean Room

When it comes to cleanroom design, there’s a lot to consider. How clean does it need to be? What are the target dimensions? Where will it be located in your facility?

At CES, we take your exact specifications and budget into account and design a custom cleanroom that checks off every box on your must-have list. For expert cleanroom design, turn to the trusted knowledge and experience of CES – we’ve been a leader in cleanroom engineering, manufacturing and construction since 1993.

Designed With You In Mind

Serving the pharmaceutical, medical, industrial, nanotechnology, aerospace, automotive and other sectors, CES tailors every cleanroom to the specific needs of each client. It all starts with our professional design team. From day one, our team will work with you to understand the unique specifications of your project and your industry. As we move through the design process, we’ll ensure that every decision made complies with your specifications.

Factors In Cleanroom Design

The design of any cleanroom is contingent on a variety of factors, some of which are:

  • Filtration – Depending on the efficiency required, we’ll incorporate either HEPA or ULPA filters into the design.

  • Architecture – The room must be designed in such a way as to maintain proper airflow. Air should move with uniform velocity along parallel flow lines.

  • Ventilation – To maintain the indoor air quality (IAQ) inside the room and replace process exhaust to build pressurization, an efficient ventilation system is necessary.

  • Temperature and Humidity Control – Controlling the temperature and humidity inside a cleanroom helps prevent condensation, corrosion and static electricity.

Leveraging our knowledge of cleanroom science and engineering, we’ll design a cleanroom that lets you calibrate each system and room according to your exact needs. In the end, you’ll receive a cleanroom that serves your intended purpose.

Cleanroom Construction Experts

At CES, we’ve developed the experience necessary to understand the ins and outs of the clean room construction process. We acknowledge that needs vary significantly between one business and the next, so we strive to incorporate your feedback every step of the way in order to deliver a finished project that meets or exceeds your expectations.

Before the construction process begins, our design team will consult with your company to determine an in-depth plan that falls within your budget. We’ll tailor the clean room’s key features, including its ISO classification, filter type and specific architecture for suitability with the application(s) at hand. Uncertain if you’re prepared to make the investment? We’re happy to deliver an informative expense analysis, so you know just how much the project will cost you before we dive into the work.

Why Choose CES?

There are plenty of reasons to choose CES for your clean room construction project. For one, we offer testing and certification to help ensure that your clean room meets industry, company and legal regulations. CES constructs clean rooms with standards ranging from ISO Class 4 to ISO Class 8, and we can incorporate USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines. We can also provide temperature and humidity control measures and additional equipment as necessary.

Then, there’s our extensive history of industry success. We’ve handled both small and large-scale projects, and we’ve worked with major facilities and organizations, including – but not limited to – Eastman Kodak Company, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Venture AerobearingsNIST and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

CLEANROOM CONSTRUCTION

CES has constructed clean rooms for a wide variety of facilities across numerous industries, from aerospace to medical and beyond. And, because we’ve been building clean rooms, metrology labs and other environmentally controlled enclosures for more than two decades, you can rest assured that each project we undertake is held to the same rigorous standards.
